Overseas orders may be prepaid with international bank check or money order payable through U.S. bank in U.S. funds, or bank funds transfer
(TT).

Delivery:
Orders are shipped FOB origin. Normal method via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground for lower 48 states. UPS requires street addresses
and phone number (no PO boxes, APOs, FPOs, MPOs). Specify instructions for international orders. Hawaii and Alaska via UPS blue. Please specify for UPS next day, 2nd day or 3rd day.
For HAZ-MAT products, add an additional $80.00 DOT fee.

Shipping Charges:
Open Orders - UPS chart plus handling and insurance charges will be billed at cost.
Prepaid Orders - Shipping charges for UPS ground - minimum $7 or 5% of the order, whichever is greater.
International Orders - Please contact us for charges.
All Orders - Additional charges for UPS Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day.
Back Orders:
We stock some items listed in this catalog. Any item not available for immediate shipment will be back ordered. Please advise us if you do not wish to accept or pay for a partial shipment.

Sales Tax:
Please be advised that we collect and remit sales taxes only to the state of
California. If your purchases are subject to sales tax in another state, it is your responsibility to remit the proper tax to that state.
Claims and Returns:
A) No collect or COD returns.
B) No returns without a valid return authorization number (RMA NUMBER) issued by
R&D Money Company Inc..
C) All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
D) All returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
E) Items returned due to customer error will be subjected to a 15% to 50% restocking
charge depending on the products.
F) "Special Ordered Items" and custom packages are non-returnable.
G) No refunds on shipping charges on returns.
H) Defective merchandise will be replaced if it is returned within 90 days of receipt and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. This warranty does not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been soldered or altered during assembly. In no event shall our liability exceed the buyer's purchase price.
