 FloorCad tm Protection in the path of extreme mechanical abuse
FlorClad tm 1/4-inch, heavy-duty floor topping provides excellent protection and appearance in environments exposed to severe physical abuse but moderate exposure to chemicals. This long lasting, easy-to-maintain monolithic floor system is used to resurface spolled concrete deteriorated by mechanical abuse and in new construction to prevent rapid physical deterioration of concrete floors.
Designed to meet a wide variety of industrial flooring needs where abrasion and impact resistance is required, the FlorClad System withstands the most severe traffic and has two to three times the load-carrying capacity of concrete. Foot traffic can resume within 8 to 10 hours of application, and full-service within 24 hours. The FlorClad System is 100 percent solids and suitable for food and beverage facilities, warehouses, traffic aisles, loading docks and many other environments. FlorClad is easy to apply, resulting in lower labor costs, and provide long wear that will reduce recoating costs. It is VOC-compliant for use in all regulated areas.
 OverKote tm Protection beyond comparison against all types of chemicals
Rust-Oleum offers a full-range of resin-rich, 1/4-inch toppings designed for long-term repair and protection of concrete floors from all levels of chemical and physical abuse. The high resin content increases the mechanical bond that exceeds the tensile and shear strength of the concrete itself, making it strong enough to withstand heavy forklift traffic, steel wheels and heavy machinery. With two to three times the compression strength of concrete and twice that of conventional epoxy systems, OVERKOTE goes on with little or no interruption to plant operations. That means costly shutdowns are kept to a minimum. OVERKOTE requires no primer or sealer and has the ability to bond to 10-day-old or damp concrete.
