 Vacuum Formed Packaging Disk Drive / Data Storage Packages.  Suspension Tray/Lid
This tray holds 50 disk drive suspension (like springs). One of the most sensitive components in a disk drive is the suspension or HGA. The suspension is like a critical spring in an ultra demanding application. The application demands that the package cannot alter that spring force (typically 4 grams), thus the need for tight tolerance cavity's, secure lid closure and great drop test results.
ESD Safe ( 10 6 to 10 8 Ohms/Sq), Washable HGA Tray, PETG This Tray holds 20 assemblies HGA's. The clear ESD safe material ( 107ohms ) is bar code scanable , washable for re-use and is a super cost effective solutions.
Head Gimble Tray (Type 2 and T850) Anti-Static PETG This is a combination package developed by Plas/Sys. It holds two different HGA types and is typically used in Rigid Media applications. Both are ultra critical in the rigid media manufacturing process.
 4 Up Headstack Package, M690 This is the final Head/actuator assembly (HSA). This package, as well as many others, is ESD safe using the latest in Volume dissipative materials. The typical GMR head is so ESD sensitive, that a 20 volt charge will destroy the product. Our packages take into account these many aspects and deliver cost effective solutions to you, the end user.
