Spring Probes or also known as "pogo pins" are used for the In-circuit and functional testing of printed circuit boards these probes are super tough and highly reliable and available in for .050”, .075” and .100” pitch test centers. A variety of tip styles and materials are available to suite just about every application. It is possible for us to cross reference other manufacturers part numbers and provide you with a high quality cost effective alternative to what you are currently using.

Samples are readily available for evaluation to qualified customers.

These probes are manufactured using the highest quality materials and state of the art machining technology. Custom versions of these probes may be available or it is possible for us to design a product to meet your specific requirements

Diamond Particle Interposers (DPI): Particle Interposers are individually metallized diamond crystals screened at levels between 10 and 50 microns.

One benefit to using PI technology is that lead coplanarity in maintained with successful contact at approximately 10-12 grams/lead. In addition to signal and laed planarity integrity, PI offers an extremely long lived test environment. When properly implemented and conforming to the manufacturers PI mechanical design rules, contacts last over four million insertions. Conductive Polymer: Shin-Etsu Conductive Polymer consists of insulating silicone material and embedded wire. With high wire density and consistent quality, conductive polymer is widely used for inspection of fine pitch IC devices and high-density PCB-to-PCB interconnection. Conductive Elastomer: These specially designed Anisotropic Conductive Elastomer (ACETM) materials are referred to as Elastomer Interconnects. Elastomer Interconnects make electrical connections uniformly between opposing contact areas using conductive columns, which are regularly distributed within a sheet of silicone rubber. Elastomer Interconnects are custom formulated depending on the application's pad pitch.
